Paper Jam

If paper jamming has occurred after the PRINT button has been pressed, the message “SAVING IMAGES…” appears and all of the images captured in the printer and all of the menu settings are stored. When this message disappears, remove the jammed paper as follows:
- Push in the paper tray to remove it.
- Check whether any paper is jammed inside the printer. If you find a jammed sheet, slowly pull it straight out.
- If you cannot remove the jammed paper, turn off printer and remove the AC power cord and other connecting cables.
- Remove the ink ribbon cartridge and the paper tray from the printer.
- Turn the printer over.
- Remove the one screw with which the back cover plate is secured, using a coin.
- Pull the back cover plate up and remove it from the printer.
- Remove the jammed paper slowly.
- Secure the back cover plate using the screw.
